    Elias was a very heavy smoker and drinker but also a dad of two. He decided to change his lifestyle but didn’t know where to start so he contacted me. We decided upon a six months plan in order to change his lifestyle habits to create a healthier future for himself.

    Rita has a thyroid problem and overweight the majority of her life. Rita decided she needed to seek help in order to successfully change this. We worked together for a period of 1 year. Not only did Rita lose 25kgs she gained muscle mass and most importantly the knowledge on her thyroid issue.

    James was 17 and a talented footballer applying for a scholarship to Portugal. He was just training cardio and approached me for strength and conditioning training. I trained James for six months not only did his body improve he got the scholarship and now plays for a team in Portugal.
